All articles, images and graphics are protected by copyright. You may quote up to 100 words with a clear, clickable backlink to the original URL. Any commercial use requires our prior written consent.

We sometimes earn a commission when you purchase through outbound links. These links do not affect our scoring or opinions. Posts containing affiliate links are clearly disclosed at the top and/or bottom of the article.

You agree not to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alawua—including its owners, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors—will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from:

1. your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site or any content;

2. any conduct or content of a third party on the Site; or

3. unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

These limits apply under any theory of liability—whether in warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise—and even if Alawua has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If, despite the above, Alawua is found liable for any matter relating to the Site, our total aggregate liability to you will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, such as liability for gross negligence, fraud, or intentional misconduct.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via an on-site banner. Continued use after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance.
